Venue Hire Payment Schedule

Where a booking is made 13 months or more before the Event Date:

• On booking: 20% of the Venue Hire Fee
• 13 months before the Event Date: remaining 80%

Where a booking is made 13 months or less before the Event Date:

• On booking: 50% of the Venue Hire Fee
• 6 months before the Event Date: remaining 50%

Where a booking is made 6 months or less before the Event Date, the full Venue Hire Fee is payable at the time of booking.

The catering payment schedule is separate and will be confirmed directly by the caterer. All catering fees are payable directly to Fingers & Forks Ltd. There is no minimum spend.

Drinks Packages: no deposit needed, payable to Stanlake Park Wine Estate a month before the wedding date.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

Stanlake Park does not charge any Ceremony Fees, but if you’re having a civil ceremony you must book and pay directly the Registrar Payment.
