Free Click & Collect
Order online and collect in person from Stanlake Park Wine Estate during our opening times. Please check our website for our current business times. Your order will be ready for collection within 1-2 hours.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We use Parcelforce Worldwide to ship our parcels in the UK. Once your order has been collected, you will receive both an SMS and email from Parcelforce to notify you on the day of their arrival.
Please note Parcelforce do not leave parcels in safe places; if nobody is home they will leave a card to reschedule the delivery. After two failed attempts, the parcel will be sent back to their depot, when you will have 30 days to arrange collection. After 30 days, the parcel will be returned to us. Please note that if this happens, you will be charged the shipping fee to redeliver your order again.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our current charges are:
- Zone 1 – England, Wales & Scotland (excl. Highlands and Islands) – Parcelforce 48 hrs service £9.99
- Zone 1 – England, Wales & Scotland (excl. Highlands and Islands) – Parcelforce 24 hrs service £11.99
- Zone 2 – Highlands and Islands of Scotland – Parcelforce 48 hrs service £20.99
- Zone 3 – Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly – Parcelforce 48 hrs service £25.99
- Free shipping to Zone 1 for orders over £89
- Free Local Delivery to RG10 for orders over £39
- Free Click & Collect from our Wine Shop in Twyford RG10 0BN

International Shipping Rates
We are currently not delivering outside the UK. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Local Delivery rates
Free local delivery is available for orders over £39 within the RG10 area. For orders under £39, we charge £9.99 for local delivery.
Deliveries are usually made from 6 pm on Monday to Friday, although different hours are possible according to our schedule. If nobody is home, we will leave your parcel in a safe place and send you a photograph via WhatsApp/Email. If we can’t find a safe place for the parcel, we’ll try to deliver again on a different day. We might call or email you to arrange a suitable time. After two failed attempts, you will need to arrange collection of your order from our Wine Shop.
How do I check the status of my order?
If your order is being shipped via courier, when your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Parcelforce which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact Parcelforce with your name and order number, and they will look into it for you.
If your order is being shipped via Local Delivery, we will aim to bring this to you in no more than 2 business days. You can email email@example.com to check its status. You will need your order confirmation number.
Vouchers & Gift Cards
If you purchased a digital voucher or gift card, this will be sent automatically to you as soon as you placed your order. Please check your Promotions or Spam folders if you can’t find it.
If you purchased a printed voucher or gift card, this will be posted within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail 1st Class service. Unfortunately, this is not a tracked service, but you should expect to receive your voucher within 2 days of being posted. Please contact us if you haven’t received your voucher after 7 days of placing your order.
