HOW YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR GIFT CARD

A glossy voucher via 1st Class Royal Mail will be sent on the next business day after you completed your order. We can also post the voucher to another person on your behalf, and a handwritten note can be added for no extra charge. To arrange that, please email us at orders@stanlakepark.com at the moment of placing your order.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These vouchers are offered by Stanlake Park Wine Estate (Wine Tour) and by Brucan Pubs (Dine Experience). This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry month is stated on the voucher.

Vouchers come as a printed card sent with Royal Mail 1st Class, and can be purchased exclusively on stanlakepark.com or at Stanlake Park Cellar Shop in Twyford, RG10 0BN. Only original, untampered vouchers are valid. Photocopies are not accepted.

The voucher gives the right to participate in two different experiences that can be held on separate dates before the expiry date.

At Stanlake Park, the voucher is valid for a Wine Tour & Tasting for 2 guests. This voucher can be upgraded to a Cheese & Wine Tour or other experiences offered by Stanlake Park (at our own discretion), but cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only. Wine Tour guests must be over 18, and no pets are allowed (except service dogs). A supplement might be requested on certain tour dates.

The Dine Experience includes £50 credit to spend at either The Greene Oak (Oakley Green, Windsor SL4 5UW) or at The Greyhound Finchampstead (Longwater Rd, Finchampstead, Wokingham RG40 3TS). To redeem, bring the voucher along when visiting any of the above-mentioned restaurants, presenting it to your server when you arrive. If booking in advance please quote your voucher number at the time of booking so it can be stored against your reservation.

The Dine Experience cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only. Any additional expenditure on your bill above the amount stated on this voucher (£50) must be paid in full at the end of your visit. The Greene Oak and The Greyhound Finchampstead reserve the right to refuse photocopied vouchers and any voucher which they believe have been tampered with, duplicated, or otherwise affected by fraud. Reschedules and cancellations of the Dine Experience are subject to the above restaurants own terms and conditions.
