HOW YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR VOUCHER

After you have completed your order, a digital voucher will be immediately sent to your email address. You can then either print your voucher, or email it to someone else.

We can also email this voucher to another person on your behalf. To do that, please indicate the recipient’s email address in the “Recipient Email Address” box. Both of you will receive the gift card – a copy is always sent to you for your records.

If you or the recipient haven’t received the voucher, please check your email’s spam/promotion folders before contacting us.

 

HOW TO SEND A PRINTED VOUCHER

An elegant, laminated voucher can also be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail, either to the purchaser or to the final recipient. There is a £3 handling and postage charge for this which can be paid here. After you have placed your order and paid the £3 fee, please contact our team at orders@stanlakepark.com to arrange delivery. A handwritten note can be added for no extra charge.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

These vouchers are offered by Stanlake Park Wine Estate (Wine Tour & Tasting) and by The Mill at Sonning (Theatre Show & Dinner). This voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The expiry month is stated on the voucher.

 

Vouchers come in a Digital version (sent via email only) or as a printed card (sent with Royal Mail 1st Class), and can be purchased exclusively on stanlakepark.com (digital or printed) or at Stanlake Park’s Shop in Twyford, RG10 0BN (printed).

 

The voucher gives the right to participate in two different experiences, that can be hold on separate dates before the expiry date.

 

At Stanlake Park, the voucher is valid for a Wine Tour & Tasting for 2 guests. This voucher can’t be upgraded to a Cheese & Wine Tour or used to book any other experience offered by Stanlake Park, cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only. No food is included in this experience; Wine Tour guests must be over 18, and no pets are allowed (except service dogs). Visit our Wine Tours section for more information.

 

The Theatre Experience includes £50 towards the purchase of two theatre tickets, which include a two-course dinner, at the Mill at Sonning (Sonning Eye, Reading RG4 6TY). The Theatre Experience cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, is valid for a single transaction only, cannot be used towards the purchase of any drinks, and any additional expenditure on your bill above the amount stated on this voucher (£50) must be paid in full prior to your visit.
