HOW YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR GIFT CARD

After you have completed your order, a digital gift card will be immediately sent to your email address. You can then either print your gift voucher, or email it to someone else.

We can also email the Gift Card to another person on your behalf. To do that, please indicate the recipient’s email address in the “Recipient Email Address” box. Both of you will receive the gift card – a copy is always sent to you for your records.

If you or the recipient haven’t received the gift card, please check your email’s spam/promotion folders before contacting us.

HOW TO SEND A PRINTED GIFT CARD

An elegant, laminated gift card can also be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail, either to the purchaser or to the final recipient. There is a £3 handling and postage charge for this which can be paid here. After you have placed your order and paid the £3 fee, please contact our team at orders@stanlakepark.com to arrange delivery. A handwritten note can be added for no extra charge.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These vouchers are offered by Stanlake Park Wine Estate (Wine Tour & Tasting) and by Billingbear Park Golf Course (Golf Experience). This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry month is stated on the voucher.

Vouchers come in a Digital version (sent via email only) or as a printed card (sent with Royal Mail 1st Class), and can be purchased exclusively on stanlakepark.com (digital or printed) or at Stanlake Park’s Gift Shop in Twyford, RG10 0BN (printed).

The voucher gives the right to participate in two different experiences, which can be enjoyed on separate dates before the expiry date.

At Stanlake Park, the voucher is valid for a Wine Tour & Tasting for 2 guests. This voucher can’t be upgraded to a Cheese & Wine Tour or used to book any other experience offered by Stanlake Park, cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and are valid for a single transaction only. Please note all Wine Tour guests must be over 18, and pets are not allowed (except service dogs).

At Billingbear Park Golf Course (The Straight Mile, Wokingham RG40 5SJ), the voucher holder can book a 9-hole game for two players. To book, call 01344 869 259 or email info@billingbearpark.com stating the voucher’s code and your preferred date and time.

These vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and are valid for a single transaction only.

Reschedules and cancellations of the Golf Experience are subject to the Billingbear Park Golf Course’s own terms and conditions.
