HOW YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR GIFT VOUCHER
After you have completed your order, a digital gift voucher will be immediately sent to your email address. You can then either print your gift voucher, or email it to someone else.
We can also email the Gift Voucher to another person on your behalf. To do that, please indicate the recipient’s email address in the “Recipient Email Address” box. Both of you will receive the gift card – a copy is always sent to you for your records.
If you or the recipient haven’t received the gift voucher, please check your email’s spam/promotion folders before contacting us.
HOW TO SEND A PRINTED GIFT VOUCHER
An elegant, laminated gift voucher can also be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail, either to the purchaser or to the final recipient. There is a £3 handling and postage charge for this which can be paid here. After you have placed your order and paid the £3 fee, please contact our team at email@example.com to arrange delivery.
This voucher is valid for a Wine & Cheese Tour only. Not valid for private tours, WSET courses or special events. Upgrade/downgrade to other public tours is possible; contact our team for more information.
Please note that all tour guests must be at least 18 years old. Pets are not allowed, except service dogs.
Valid for 24 months, calculated from the date of purchase. All our gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, and are valid for a single transaction only.
