Made with a selected parcel of Pinot Noir grapes, chosen for red wine making only in the right years. A long, dry and warm season allowed an outstanding ripeness and intense concentration of flavours and aromas. This wine has been aged for one year in old oak barrels to obtain a smooth texture and a long, evolving finish.
