Winemaking
A wine made exclusively with Bacchus grapes, the so-called ‘English Sauvignon blanc’. This variety achieves excellent ripeness and concentration of flavours and aromas. Fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel vessels retains its fruity and refreshing character.
