Bacchus Brut


A super refreshing English sparkling made with Bacchus grapes, with attractive aromas of apple, gooseberry and elderflower, and a very smooth finish.

This non-vintage fizz is made with the same technique used for Champagne and other famous sparkling wines in the world, but using a grape that typically grows only in England and aged for around 12 months in our cellar.

All our wines are vegan-friendly.

Food pairing suggestions

Goes perfect with seafood like smoked salmon or oysters with lemon and dill; aromatic dishes like Thai food, spicy chicken or dishes prepared with fragrant herbs and vegetables.
