Sauna and Sip
Sauna and Sip with The Horse Box Sauna at Stanlake Park
The Horse Box Sauna and Stanlake Park Wine Estate offers Sauna & Sip, an afternoon of wellness and wine in the heart of our beautiful vineyard.
Enjoy the unique combination of a wood-fired sauna, an optional cold plunge, a glass of wine, and a freshly prepared deli board – all surrounded by the tranquility of nature.
What’s Included
- 40-minute wild sauna session and optional cold plunge.
- A glass of Stanlake Park sparkling wine (or your choice of non-alcoholic drink, beer, or cider).
- A freshly prepared deli board — choose one of the following during booking:
- Cheese only (vegetarian)
- Charcuterie only
- Cheese & Charcuterie
- Vegan
Price: £37 per person. Book via the Horse Box Sauna here. You will be asked to select your food preference during the booking process and to inform us of any food allergies.

Your Sauna Session
Our friendly team at the Wine Bar will guide you to The Horse Box Sauna’s location within the estate.
- Up to six guests can share each sauna session — perfect for a small group of friends or a memorable date night.
- During your 40 minutes, you are free to move between the sauna and the cold plunge pools as you wish.
- After your sauna session, you will be accommodated in our Wine Bar to enjoy your food. You’re welcome to order more drinks or food directly at the Wine Bar.

Changing facilities are available, but you may wish to bring a dressing gown or dryrobe for walking to and from the sauna.
What to Bring
- Booking confirmation (purchase tickets here)
- Swimwear
- Two towels (one for sitting in the sauna, one for drying off)
- Flip-flops or sliders
- Dryrobe or dressing gown
- Change of clothes
Important Information
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time; we will meet you at the Wine Bar.
- For hygiene reasons, please arrive directly from a recent shower at home or use our outdoor showers before entering the sauna or cold plunge.
- Be sure to read our terms and conditions during the booking process to familiarise yourself with sauna etiquette.

Looking to use a voucher issued directly by Stanlake Park? Here’s how:

1) Check your voucher: Make sure your voucher applies to the tour you want. Most vouchers are valid for standard tours, but not for courses or special events.

2) Redeem at checkout: Purchase the number of tickets you need online. Enter your voucher code in the “Coupon” box at checkout (without hyphens or spaces) and the discount will be applied automatically.

* Extra tickets? If you need more tickets than your voucher covers, you can pay for the extras at checkout.

* Voucher issues? Contact tours@stanlakepark.com if you experience problems using your voucher.

Please note:
– We reserve the right to refuse vouchers suspected of tampering, duplication, or fraud.
– Some tour dates may require a supplement (high season additional fee).

Have a voucher from a partner company like Virgin Experience Days, Red Letter Days or Buy a Gift? Here’s what to do:

* Online booking won’t work: Unfortunately, third-party voucher codes cannot be used for online booking.

1) Book by email: Choose a date with enough availability for two guests on our Events Calendar.

2) Email tours@stanlakepark.com with:
– Your full name
– Voucher serial number
– PIN (only for Virgin Experience vouchers)
– Preferred tour date and time
– Contact phone number

3) Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation within one business day.

Please note:
* Limited to Wine Tour & Tasting: Third-party vouchers are valid for two guests on a Wine Tour & Tasting only. Upgrades to other experiences are not available, even with additional payment.
* Expired vouchers: Contact your voucher provider for extensions or inquiries about your voucher.
