Outside of work you’ll usually find her in the gym or walking in the countryside. And for a hidden talent? Vanessa learned ballroom dancing as a child (think Strictly!) and can even play the didgeridoo… although she insists not very well.

Kerry is an experienced event manager with over 20 years of delivering high-impact events across sectors including medicine, the military, and corporate defence. She thrives in fast-paced environments, managing complex projects with calm efficiency and creative problem-solving. Known for transforming unique venues into memorable spaces — from Henley Rowing Club to the Tower of London — Kerry brings precision, clear communication, and attention to detail to every event.

Outside of work, Kerry embraces challenge and teamwork. She completed a trek to Everest Base Camp for charity, has played county-level netball for years, and now enjoys tennis.

At Stanlake Park, Kerry has contributed in multiple roles over the past five years, from tour guiding and wine bar service to helping in the vineyard and winery. She loves connecting with the community at events like the Twyford Christmas Fayre and takes pride in supporting both behind-the-scenes operations and guest-facing experiences.

Amber is an experienced hospitality professional with a background in restaurant and gastropub management. Over her years in the industry, she has developed a passion for organising and delivering exceptional events, building her skills through hands-on experience and a genuine love for bringing people together to celebrate. Her approach combines organisation, creativity, and a warm, personable manner, ensuring every couple feels supported and cared for throughout their wedding journey.

At Stanlake Park, Amber oversees the smooth running of the wedding day, from welcoming guests to managing timings, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring the drinks service is delivered flawlessly.

Passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, Amber thrives on the joy and energy of weddings. Her approachable nature, attention to detail, and genuine care for each event mean couples can relax, knowing they are in safe hands. When she’s not at the winery, she is an avid reader and likes exploring new restaurants and bars.
